What is the essential Qualification:- Candidates who desire to apply for IREL jobs must have Graduation Degree, B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com, LLB, M.E./M.Tech, CA/CMA/MBA/MA/MSW/CS, M.Sc Degree, MBBS Degree from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

  • General/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS need to submit application fee of Rs. 944/-.
  • SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Women/Internal category need to submit application fee of Rs. 354/-.
  • SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from submission of application fees.
What is the age requirement:- 
  • Age of the candidates for IREL Recruitment must not exceed 35 Years (For Manager), 50 Years (For General Manager), 42 Years (For Chief Manager), 38 Years (For Senior Manager), 46 Years (For Deputy General Manager), 32 Years (For Deputy Manager), 28 Years (For Assistant Manager) as on 10-08-2026.
  • Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants as per the rules of the organization.
What is the Salary Structure:- Recruited applicants will get the monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000/- (For Manager), Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/- (For General Manager), Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/- (For Chief Manager), Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000/- (For Senior Manager), Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000/- (For Deputy General Manager), Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- (For Deputy Manager), Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000/- (For Assistant Manager) Per Month Per month.
